I am passionate about learning, teaching, growing, connecting, and impacting people at all levels of an organization. I humbly bring expertise in learning strategy, capabilities consulting, curation, design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation of training solutions. As a big picture strategic thinker, I always ask WHY and refuse to be satisfied with the status quo. As an infinite learner, I continuously seek ways to grow professionally and help an organization thrive. With over 20 years of experience in L&D, I am eager for my next challenge, whether it's small or large.

I love photography! "Make pictures, don't just take pictures" is the philosophy my father instilled in me. He always encouraged me to see images differently than everyone else. You don't want the same image of the Grand Canyon that everyone else has; create something unique and compose the image. This philosophy drives my work in L&D. I strive not to design the same training solutions that others would create. I don't ask the same questions that others might, nor do I approach things the same way as everyone else.

This uniqueness is what sets me apart in the L&D field. I live to make an impact, to change lives, to transform work, and to shift perspectives. I proudly identify as a learning nerd, always learning and always asking WHY!
