I am passionate about learning, teaching, growing, connecting and impacting people at all levels of an organization. I humbly bring expertise in learning strategy, curation, design, delivery, implementation and evaluation. I am a big picture strategic thinker that will always ask WHY and never be satisfied with status quo. As an infinite learner, I continue to search for ways to grow professionally and grow an organization. I have 20+ years of experience in L&D, but I am looking for that next challenge, neither too small or too big.

I love Photography! "Make pictures, don't just take pictures" is the photog philosophy my father taught me. He always said to see images differently than everybody else. You don't want the same image of the Grand Canyon that everyone else has; make something unique, compose the image. That's the philosophy I live my life by and that fuels my work in L&D. I try not to design the same learning solution that everyone else would. I don't ask the same questions that everyone else would ask. And I don't like doing things the same way everyone else would do them. 

That is what makes me unique in the world of L&D. I live to make an impact, to change lives, to change work, to change perspective. 
I am as self proclaimed learning nerd! Always learning; always asking WHY!
